California Van Pool Authority Taps Vehicle Tracking Solutions for Fleet Management

Vehicle Tracking Solutions (VTS), developers of the Fleet Management GPS and business intelligence platform- Silent Passenger®, announced that the California Van Pool Authority has migrated to Silent Passenger from an older legacy product.
