Dickinson Fleet Services Acquires Outsource Fleet Services

Dickinson Fleet Services has announced the acquisition of Outsource Fleet Services with operations in Chicago, Columbus, Atlanta, Dallas/Fort Worth and Southern California.

Dickinson, along with majority shareholders Ridgemont Equity Partners, announced the acquisition on June 19, 2018. The acquisition, according to the company, will expand and enhance the on-site mobile service capability that DFS already has in these markets.

The increased presence will allow Dickinson Fleet Services to expand on-site mobile fleet services and provide a complement of new shop facilities while servicing current customers with greater resources.

Outsource shares a similar culture and dedication to maintenance excellence as Dickinson Fleet Services. The addition of the Outsource Fleet Services team and resources will complement Dickinson Fleet Services and provide an expanded presence in the represented markets and throughout DFS.

This is the third acquisition completed by Dickinson Fleet Services over the last twelve months.
