Police pull over driver

Dr. Mark Rosekind, Administrator for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and Bay Area resident  will be promoting sober driving this holiday season and warning those who don’t driver sober, that the nationwide Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over enforcement campaign is in full swing across the Bay Area.

“We’re proud to be working with law enforcement agencies in the Bay Area to protect the public and get drunk drivers off our roads,” said Rosekind.

Sadly, impaired driving due to alcohol and drug-related use is a killer-combination, thus the campaign is a key way to help counteract dangerous road behaviors — especially during the holiday season.
