Freight Brokerage Tech Co., GlobalTranz, Achieves Record Growth in 2016

GlobalTranz Enterprises a leading technology-driven freight management solution provider, has announced record revenue and profitability in 2016, posting an 84% increase in EBITDA driven by strong year-over-year revenue growth. 

With a five-year CAGR of 32%, GlobalTranz has emerged as a market leader in technology-driven freight management and third-party logistics (3PL).

Over the past year, the company made several investments in executive management talent, including the appointment of Bob Farrell as chief executive officer, Greg Carter as chief technology officer, Jeff Simmons as general counsel and Leigh Ann Schneider as vice president of direct sales. 

GlobalTranz’s commitment to growth is also marked by the acquisition of Global Freight Source and opening a new state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. The company has transformed its operations and expanded both its extensive freight agent network and its direct sales team, resulting in a more profitable business model that will further accelerate company growth.
