For new levels of efficiency when splitting pallet loads, or to remove excess layer, put a Tygard Claw into your fleet.

  • A front-mount configuration Tygard Claw is mounted on the front of the forklift truck, replacing the forks.
  • The front-mount claw mounted on a forklift truck operates anywhere in the warehouse.
  • The operator approaches the pallet load placing the claw above the product. The four arms are lowered on each side of the pallet load, splitting the load at the desired layer level and placing it onto an empty pallet/slip sheet.
  • Shrink-wrapped, crated, boxed, PET or cans, and even glass products are safely and securely handled by the gentle grip of the four rubber coated paddles.

Front Mount
The objective is to swiftly split pallet loads or remove excess layers, allowing for cubes to fit in racks and full loads to be split in half. Tygard Claw in Action

Side Mount
The objective is efficiency in layer picking. Efficient handling means quickly lifting layers of product to build mixed pallet loads. Supermarket warehouses and distribution facilities can benefit from speed and versatility the Tygard Claw offers.
