LIQUI MOLY Acquired by Würth Group
LIQUI MOLY, known for offering a broad range of automotive chemicals across the globe, has been acquired by the Würth Group. According to CEO Ernst Prost, LIQUI MOLY is completely fit and healthy with high equity ratio and yet another sales record this year.
“I wanted to make provisions with a minimum of fuss, when things are going well and we don’t have to decide under difficult circumstances,” Prost noted.
Interestingly, there is a long relationship with the Würth Group. For almost 20 years these companies have been been a silent partners – a safeguard against uncertainties even back then. With more than 70,000 employees and 12.5 billion euros sales, Würth Group is also a family company. Ernst Prost: “That’s why I know LIQUI MOLY is in good hands with the Würth Group.”
