MAHLE Service Solutions has introduced the ShopPRO CAJ-25, a 25-ton commercial vehicle axle jack that is one of the most reliable and long-lasting jacks of its type available on the market.

MAHLE Service Solutions recently partnered with Gray Manufacturing to offer ShopPRO, a full line of the highest quality hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for the commercial vehicle market.

The CAJ-25 offers 50,000 lbs. of capacity creating added flexibility for a shop’s operation. The compact field-ready design and low starting height of 8” makes the CAJ-25 ideal for shop use or road service work. It features a long handle design for hard-to-engage vehicles and large rubber wheels for easy movement.

The CAJ-25 incorporates an air-driven motor that powers the hydraulic system, eliminating the manual pumping process. It also includes a patent-pending feature which allows the user to reset the ram back to the minimum starting height without the need for an air hose connection – an industry first.

In addition, the CAJ-25 integrates Black Hard Coating™; an anti-corrosive lifetime coating that protects the threaded ram adjustment from the elements, providing the user with a long lasting and reliable service life. The unit has multiple starting heights with the acme threaded screw extension and welded steel frame construction to create a versatile and reliable jack. It is modular in design – allowing users to maintain the jack through the purchase of replacement parts, eliminating the need for a full replacement. This provides additional customer value, less downtime and a low total cost of ownership over the lifetime of the product.

In addition to the CAJ-25, the second commercial vehicle jack offered in the line is the CAJ-35 which offers 70,000 lbs. of lifting capacity.

The ShopPRO product line includes 12 family product categories: air lifts, axle jacks, component lifts, engine stands, fluid handling, forklift jacks, service jacks, shop cranes, shop presses, support stands, vehicle lifts and wheel service equipment. This is the broadest line of lifting equipment in the heavy duty marketplace made in the U.S.
