Fleet Management software provider Chevin Fleet Solutions has announced that the company has achieved its highest number of sales following the launch of a new product, due to the success of its SME fleet software package, FleetWave CORE.

Hitting record contract signings within a six-month period, Chevin describes its SaaS package as a complete fleet, maintenance and compliance management system which is being adopted by organisations across the Globe.

FleetWave CORE i s a pre-configured version of the multi-award winning FleetWave enterprise fleet management software. Designed as an ‘out of the box’ solution complete with full hosting and support, it contains the fundamental tools and reports required for smaller operations to successfully manage a fleet.

David Gladding, Global Director of Sales and Marketing, Chevin, commented, “We have affirmed our position in the SME fleet software management market and are delighted with the number of sales of FleetWave CORE in the first six months following its launch. Upon enquiring about the product, we are surprised how many smaller operations still rely on paper-based processes and spreadsheets to manage their fleet.”

“Organizations are investing in software such as FleetWave CORE as an easier way of storing, accessing and understanding fleet information, which enables better utilisation and management of their assets. Errors and administrative processes are reduced as the need to manually report on performance and associated fleet costs is removed.”

FleetWave CORE has undergone a series of updates, with the latest release version set to include additional reporting features, KPIs and a stock inventory module. The module will enable users to carry out stock takes and adjustments, assign parts to job cards and create low stock level alerts for re-ordering. It is fully compatible with the FleetWave Forms mobile app, enabling field-based data collection, including defect reports, expense capture, accident reports and more.

Other features of CORE include dashboard KPIs, vehicle registration and allocations, fuel management, accident history, costing reports, maintenance reports and regulatory and legal compliance functions.

David Gladding continues, “We strive to continuously develop FleetWave CORE with the aim of making it the very best SME level fleet system on the market. With tighter emission standards and new legislation coming into effect, it’s becoming increasingly essential for fleets to ensure that vehicles are meeting their operational needs whilst being aligned with legal and regulatory responsibilities.”
