Nichole Thompson joins FLS Transportation as SVP Chief People Officer

Thompson  joins FLS from Benevis LLC, the largest provider of Children’s Dentistry in North America, where as Vice President of Human Resources she was responsible for all functions of the human resource department, including mergers and acquisitions, talent management, benefits, compensation, learning and development, employee relations, payroll, and succession planning. Prior to her time at Benevis LLC, Nichole held management roles in several companies including Target Stores, and Union Pacific Railroad.

Thompson holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Clark Atlanta University and a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University. She also earned a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR) certification and is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM – SCP).
