TransForce Acquires Drive360 Logistics
Drive360 Logistics has been acquired by TransForce, Inc. a leading recruiting and employment solutions provider specializing in commercial truck drivers.
With operations in the U.S. and Canada, Drive360 Logistics is a leading transportation recruitment firm, focusing on truck drivers and diesel mechanics.

Drive360 Logistics is the 12th acquisition for TransForce since 2013, as TransForce continues to reveal growth through the purchase of quality recruiting and staffing firms. The management team of Craig Ferguson and Rich Holland will remain at the helm of Drive360 Logistics and will continue to operate the business line for TransForce.
According to Broome, “TransForce continues to search for additional quality providers of quality truck drivers, safety and compliance programs for our drivers and continued training and education programs.”
