PGT Trucking to Acquire Kelworth Trucking
PGT Trucking Inc., a leading North American flatbed carrier, has signed a letter of intent to complete an asset purchase of Kelworth Trucking Company, based in Poteau, Oklahoma.
Details of the deal have not been released, although PGT expects to complete the deal by early May.
Kelworth Trucking, in business for more than 25 years, is a flatbed carrier with more than 100 trucks operating throughout the continental United States and Canada of PGT.
Kelworth Trucking is the second acquisition for PGT Trucking over the past 10 months. PGT acquired Liedtka Trucking, Trenton New Jersey, in August 2013.
