Nissan “Truckumentary” Spotlights Intro of the TITAN

In advance of the release of the new TITAN, which will be unveiled at the 2015 North American International Auto Show in Detroit on January 12th, Nissan is releasing its second installment of the its “Truckumentary” series.

You may want a GPS device for the next tidbit: The vehicle was designed in California, engineered in Michigan, tested in Arizona and will be assembled in Mississippi and powered by engines from Indiana and Tennessee.

The new chapter of the series, entitled “The Quarterback,” profiles Rich Miller, Director of Product Planning and TITAN Chief Product Specialist, and his 20-plus year history working for Nissan.

It details his rural roots and upbringing, in which pickup trucks featured prominently.

Rich explains his personal philosophy of pickup truck development and highlights the local expertise that has contributed to a majority of the next-generation TITAN’s development.
