Michael Streeter Promoted to President of U-Haul North Central NY

U-Haul has announced that Michael Streeter brings 35 years has been promoted to marketing company president of the newly formed U-Haul Company of North Central New York.

Noted Streeter, “U-Haul has been a huge part of my family’s life, and I want to help lead others to provide for their families and help serve the many people of Central New York.”

Streeter began his U-Haul career in August 1979 as a customer service representative (CSR) for U-Haul Company of Tampa in Largo, Florida. In January 1980, Streeter was promoted to moving center commander where he worked at several locations throughout U-Haul Company of Tampa before transferring as a moving center commander to U-Haul Company of Western New York in April 1982.

Shortly thereafter Streeter was promoted to manager, and then to general manager (GM) in Syracuse. In December 1992, Streeter was promoted to area field manager (AFM) for U-Haul Company of Eastern New York, the position he held for nearly two years before being promoted to manager of Syracuse Satellite (Shop 244-031) in Syracuse.

In March 1995, Streeter returned to U-Haul Company of Western New York and then to U-Haul Company of Eastern New York as an AFM and district certifier, the position he held until his recent promotion.
