CEO Bill Walsh, President and CEO of Navis, has stepped down and, according to the company, “decided to leave to pursue other interests.”

Rob Dillon, CFO, will take over as interim CEO of Navis effective immediately and work closely with the management team to facilitate the transition.

Navis, a part of Cargotec Corporation, focuses on managing the movement of cargo through terminals, standing the test of time. The company’s systems provide tracking cargo through a port, automating equipment operations and managing multiple terminals through an integrated, centralized solution.
