Dave Hemmelgarn Joins as ATA as District Sales Manager

American Trucking Associations announced it has hired Dave Hemmelgarn as the association’s newest district sales manager.

“Dave has a long career in the trucking industry and in sales and we’re thrilled to have him as part of our regional sales team,” said David Brodie, ATA senior vice president of membership. “Dave brings a wealth of experience from each of the stops he’s made in his trucking career and has demonstrated a proven ability to succeed in sales.”

Prior to joining ATA, Hemmelgarn was regional sales manager at ACS/PrePass, a Xerox company, and spent nine years representing PrePass throughout the Midwest market. His trucking career began at Averitt Express in Cincinnati while studying marketing and management at the University of Cincinnati.

Hemmelgarn lives in New Bremen, Ohio with his wife and two kids.
