STEMCO, an EnPro Industries company (NYSE: NPO) and leading manufacturer of heavy-duty components and solutions for the commercial vehicle market, recently appointed Donnie Wells to the position of Vice President and General Manager of STEMCO Suspension Products.

In his new role, Wells will lead the companys suspension products business, which includes the STEMCO Kaiser, STEMCO Gaff, STEMCO Equipment, as well as the newly acquired Goodyear® Air Springs product families.

The integration of Goodyear Air Springs has added a new dimension of product offerings to STEMCOs suspension products, said Todd Anderson, president of STEMCO.

Wells, who assumes his new role effective immediately, comes to STEMCO from Compressor Products International (CPI), another member of the EnPro family. He began his career as a design engineer at Dana Corporation and initially joined STEMCO in 1998 before joining CPI in 2010. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Letourneau University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Wells replaces Jon Cocco, who joined the STEMCO family from Veyance Technologies during the companys acquisition of Goodyear® Air Springs in July 2015.
