New App from 3PL Firm C.H. Robinson
Third-party logistics provider (3PL) C.H. Robinson has announced the release of Navisphere® Carrier, a new mobile app designed to support contract motor carriers and their business.
According to the company, this on-demand technology was developed to support the more than 50,000 small carrier businesses C.H. Robinson works with. The technology is available on Apple and Android mobile devices, enabling, as the company notes, “carriers to run their businesses in ways that matter most: accessibility wherever and whenever they need it.”
Noted Kevin Abbott, vice president of North American surface transportation, “Through this app, we are helping contract carriers find and secure loads more quickly, thereby helping them meet their business goals.”
The app gives greater functionality of C.H. Robinson’s single global technology platform, Navisphere, to contract carriers. Navisphere enables carriers to support the world’s supply chains and is connected to the company’s carrier representatives who work with contract carriers to move North America’s Freight.
The Navisphere Carrier app is available now for free in the App Store and Google Play. For more information on the technology, please visit C.H. Robinson’s website.
