Universal Technical Institute Prices Secondary Offering

UTI is not offering any shares in this offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in the offering 

Universal Technical Institute, Inc. (NYSE: UTI), the leading provider of transportation technician training, announced the pricing of a secondary offering of 3,601,724 shares of the company’s common stock by certain selling stockholders affiliated with Coliseum Capital Partners, at a public offering price of $6.25 per share. The offering is expected to close on December 17, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.

UTI is not offering any shares in this offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in the offering.
