Updated Automated Parts Catalog Data Downloads Now Available

In collaboration with Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software, eCatalog content, connectivity, and industry data analytics solutions, R.O. Writer is able to offer customers a more efficient experience; it is the first repair shop management solution to incorporate the Epicor Dynamic Updates service enabling users to refresh their software’s Smart eCat electronic catalog files through automated weekly downloads rather than waiting for monthly DVD-based updates.
