Bluegrass Dedicated announced a new pay scale for its truck drivers. The new pay scale is designed to retain and attract top-quality truck drivers and reward them for their hard work and dedication.
The trucking industry is facing a shortage of qualified drivers, and Bluegrass Dedicated recognizes that providing competitive compensation is essential to attracting and retaining the best drivers.
The average professional truck driver salary in Bowling Green, KY is $64,000 annually. Bluegrass Dedicated projected regional driver starting pay is $96,000 annually, 50% higher than the Bowling Green average.
