Bolt Holdings Acquires DSE Services

Bolt Holdings, headquartered in Sylvania, OH and parent company of Bolt Express and Strike Logistics, has announced it has acquired DSE Services, a truckload service provider, based in Daleville, Indiana.

According to Bolt, it was attracted to DSE for three primary reasons; services, culture and capacity.

DSE reportedly complements Bolt’s current ground and air service offerings, and its fleet capacity better positions Bolt to support the shipping needs of its customers.

Bolt Express has been recognized for the third straight year in Inc. Magazine’s 500|5000, as one of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.
