C.R. England Announces Pay Increase For Over The Road Trainers

C.R. England has announced a $.04 pay increase for all training miles driven by company trainers working in the organization’s National and Regional divisions.  

Depending on tenure, this pay increase is an average of 14.5 percent increase over current pay levels.

“This pay increase goes to a group of men and women that have worked very hard to help us ensure that the future of our driving force is bright,” said Brandon Harrison, Chief Operating Officer. “We appreciate and value the time Trainers invest in teaching, mentoring and developing our Apprentices’ and we want them to value this responsibility.”
