Announces acquisition of American Fleet Services of Baltimore

Dickinson Fleet Services along with majority shareholder Ridgemont Equity Partners, is pleased to announce the acquisition of American Fleet Services (“AFS”) of Baltimore, Maryland, continuing Dickinson’s rapid growth trajectory within its mobile fleet services offering and further solidifying DFS as the leader in the Northeast Region. American Fleet Services marks Dickinson’s eighth acquisition since 2017 and the second in 2019.
