DriverReach, a mobile-enabled recruiting management system for CDL drivers, has announced marked growth in the first half of 2018.
The company reports that it is on target to hire an additional five employees by the end of 2018 and double its revenue by the end of the year, growing revenue each month by more than 40 percent.
The organization has plans to hire additional sales representatives from the Indianapolis-area. Leading the salesforce is newly-promoted, Chief Growth Officer, Steve Iskander – formerly Vice President of Sales. In Iskander’s new role, he’ll lead marketing, sales, operations and finance. Iskander will focus on driving company expansion, creating and implementing a longer term vision, as well as directing enterprise-wide growth generating strategies including inorganic growth.
Founded by CEO Reymer in 2016, DriverReach is focused on helping carriers tackle the CDL driver shortage by transforming the antiquated driver application process. With a large portion of the industry using a legacy system not created by driver recruiting experts, recruiters are using outdated systems that aren’t innovative or progressive. DriverReach accelerates the hiring process by nearly 30 percent with its mobile-responsive digital application and automated previous employment verifications.
Spanning the next quarter, DriverReach will also roll out a redesigned platform interface. Designed to be even more intuitive and user friendly, the interface enables recruiters to have greater visibility into their candidate pipeline as well as a variety of reports to measure the success of their efforts. In addition to adding Consolidated Logistics Solutions (CLS), DriverReach has increased its customer roster exponentially by various size fleets since January 2018.
