Dupré Logistics Opens Sacramento Branch, Names David Joiner Manager

Dupré Logistics, a privately held, asset-based provider of transportation and logistics services that include energy and chemical transport, dedicated truck transportation, site logistics and freight brokerage, has opened a new branch in the Sacramento area and named David Joiner as manager of the new office.

“The Sacramento area is one of the fastest growing markets in the country and is a great place for Dupré to work from to serve Northern California and other West Coast markets,” said Mike Weindel, Vice President of Strategic Capacity Services at Dupré Logistics.

The new Dupré office is located in Roseville, 20 miles east of Sacramento.

Joiner, who has 17 years’ experience working in the industry including ten years with CH Robinson and most recently seven years with USA Truck, says Dupré Logistics’ vision for growth, especially in the next three to five years, motivated him to join the company.

In preparation for the office opening, Dupré hired three people in June and three more in July to work at the Sacramento site.

Dupré is an asset-based provider of logistics services that includes freight brokerage, intermodal and transportation management.
