EROAD Integrates Truck Locator and HOS in McLeod Software

EROAD, a global provider of fleet management, tax reporting and ELD compliance solutions, announced that real-time truck location and driver’s Hours of Service (HOS) data will be integrated with McLeod Software’s LoadMaster Symphony Mobile Communications and Dispatch modules.

With the integration coming this fall, LoadMaster users can manage driver availability, plan routes to shorten travel times and reduce fuel costs, improve visibility to help decrease late deliveries, provide customers with load location and status updates, and respond faster when things don’t go as planned.

“To meet the upcoming ELD mandate requirements, working with a provider who has an easy-to-use and driver friendly ELD, and one who can synch with McLeod LoadMaster Dispatch, is essential for McLeod Software customers,” said Norm Ellis, president of EROAD North America.

Beyond compliance, having accurate, reliable data in the McLeod software, EROAD boasts that it well help drive efficiency and productivity, and improve customer satisfaction for carriers.
