FedEx Freight President & CEO William J. Logue Retiring for Health Reasons
FedEx Corporation (NYSE:FDX) today announced that William J. Logue will retire as President and CEO of its FedEx Freight subsidiary on December 31, 2014.
Michael L. Ducker, a 40-year FedEx veteran, will succeed Logue as President and CEO of FedEx Freight. Ducker will move into his new role on January 1, 2015, from his current position as Chief Operating Officer of FedEx Express.
