Flagship Logistics Rolls with Transportation Platform From 3GTMS
3GTMS, a leader in transportation software for shippers and LSPs, has announced that it is rolling out its single platform solution with Flagship Logistics Group.
As part of the deal, 3GTMS will support contact center operations for Flagship Logistics Group, along with three regional brokerage offices, five strategically located temperature controlled distribution warehouses, multiple regional cross-dock/cold storage facilities and a network of temperature-controlled carrier partners.
“Using technology that simplifies the brokerage process and allows our staff to focus on the business needs at hand rather than the technical requirements will enable us to garner significant growth in 2014 and beyond,” said Keith Warren, President of Flagship Logistics Group.
In addition, Flagship is launching a new state-of-the-art customer care center in Indianapolis on January 15th. This center has been purpose-built to exceed ADA Standards and will serve as the primary call center for the company employing more than 40 military veterans.
