FleetPride Acquires Colton Truck Supply
FleetPride, the nation’s largest independent distributor of aftermarket heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, has acquired the assets of Colton Truck Supply in Montrose, Colorado.
The Colton Truck Supply acquisition builds upon FleetPride’s nationwide network with sales surpassing $1 billion in 2016. The Montrose location joins FleetPride’s intermountain U.S. network of 28 branches, giving customers access to FleetPride’s national parts inventory, and heavy duty expertise.
Formed in 1999, and headquartered in Irving, TX, FleetPride is the nation’s largest distributor of truck and trailer parts in the independent heavy-duty aftermarket channel. FleetPride operates over 250 locations in 45 states and carries over 400+ nationally recognized brands.
The company operates through five regional distribution centers and serves a diverse customer base across multiple industries, including freight and shipping, leasing services, agriculture, food and beverage, construction and waste management. In addition, FleetPride offers in-house remanufactured products such as brake shoes and driveline components. Truck and trailer repair services are also offered at a number of locations under the FleetCare brand.
