FuelFox Launches New Onsite Fuel-Delivery App
FuelFox, an onsite fuel-delivery service for individuals and fleets, announced the launch of its new app for iOS and Android mobile devices. This addition to FuelFox’s technology illustrates the company’s commitment to convenience, efficiency and safety for its users. The rollout of the app expands the operations from fleet services to welcome individual memberships as well.
Here’s the big picture: FuelFox is a mobile gas station. Highly trained firefighters, identified as “Ambassadors,” service members’ vehicles. Through the FuelFox app, users can quickly become registered members of FuelFox to easily schedule future tank fill-ups at dedicated locations throughout the Birmingham-area (known as “Fox Spots”). The company’s weekly fueling schedules quickly can be found on the app and the website.
FuelFox services “Fox Spots” on a schedule on the same day and same time each week. Members receive reminder notifications the night before and the day of notifying them that FuelFox will be at their preferred “Fox Spot” that day. Members do not need to be present during service calls. Also, while members have a preferred “Fox Spot,” members can fill-up at any “Fox Spot.” In addition to filling-up the vehicle, Ambassadors clean front windshields, check tire treads, gauge tire pressure and notify the member of any potential issues with their vehicle.
FuelFox members pay a $20 monthly subscription fee, plus the cost of AAA average gas price for the county. The individual membership allows for 4 fill-ups per month or 1 per week. Family membership fees are $40 per month and invites up to 5 individuals on a plan. All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. As a special introductory offer all memberships fees will be waived through December 31, 2018.
