JRS Distribution Taps HighJump Software Solution for Direct Store Delivery Ops

HighJump Software, a global provider of supply chain management software, has announced  that JRS Distribution, a Tennessee-based snack distributor, has chosen the HighJump Route Administrator route accounting system, HighJump Route Assistant and HighJump Advantage Link to help grow its fast-expanding direct store delivery (DSD) business.

With HighJump Route Administrator, JRS Distribution LLC will have a central hub for all front and back office DSD operations. This will allow the company to more efficiently manage routes, hand-held computers and drivers’ schedules.

These benefits are extended into the field with HighJump Route Assistant, which runs on a hand-held device and will promote more optimized selling, service, marketing and delivery efforts across the organization. For example, an order taker will now have the tools to recommend upcoming orders to the customer and communicate the status of orders as related to procuring items, prices and promotions.

HighJump Advantage Link will integrate JRS Distribution LLC’s business and order-fulfillment systems, including QuickBooks, to facilitate real-time data exchange for faster and more accurate order processes as the product moves from supplier to store shelf.

Along with HighJump Route Administrator and HighJump Route Assistant, HighJump Advantage Link will help take the company to the next level of efficiency and customer service by providing immediate access to real-time order and customer information.
