Mid-States Utility Trailer Opens Remodeled Facility in Omaha, Nebraska
Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company the industry’s largest manufacturer of refrigerated trailers and a leading manufacturer of dry freight vans, flatbeds, and Tautliner® curtainsided trailers has announced that Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales, has opened its remodeled workshop and celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its full-service dealer location in Omaha, Nebraska.
“We upgraded our facilities to increase our productivity, improve safety, and enhance customer service,” said Bob Elsasser, General Manager for Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales in Omaha. “The work that was completed on our parts shop and service department, give these areas a significantly more contemporary look while also making these work spaces safer and more efficient. Our parts and service departments now have individual workstations and improved lighting. We have also added a machine bay and centralized all cutting and machine duties.”
Over 100 guests attended the Grand Opening and Customer Appreciation Day, including Jim White, National Sales Manager for Utility Trailer Aftermarket Parts and Matthew Boccher, Regional Sales Manager for Utility Trailer Aftermarket Parts. Also in attendance were representatives from Kinedyne, Federal Mogul, Majestic and the Nebraska Trucking Association.
