National Truck Protection Acquired by Kinderhook Industries

National Truck Protection (NTP), a leading independent provider of extended service contracts to the trucking industry, has announced that is has been acquired by Kinderhook Industries.

Based in New York City, Kinderhook Industries is a private equity firm with over $2.0 billion of committed capital.

For its part, NTP has provided private label warranties to major OEMs as well as extended service contracts to the used truck segment through its extensive network of corporate and independent dealers.  The company has been providing these services for more than three decades.
