New Fleet Management Connected Tablet from J.J. Keller and Verizon
J. J. Keller and Verizon have joined forces to introduce an all-inclusive, e-log solution for fleet tracking, maintenance and HOS info in the form of a connected tablet.
Called the J. J. Keller Compliance Tablet™ and powered by Verizon, it comes pre-loaded with a J. J. Keller Mobile® app, offering drivers a user-friendly system to record Hours of Service and vehicle inspection data. Through the Verizon network, this data is sent to J. J. Keller’s web-based Encompass® fleet compliance system, which provides capabilities from stand-alone E-Logs to full compliance and performance management.
“The result of this joint effort is bundled data and hardware plans that eliminate the hassle of finding compatible plans and devices. Plus, it provides customers with dependable coverage throughout the country, which has been a key customer concern we wanted to address,” said Rustin Keller, J. J. Keller’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
