New Fully Digital Solution for Rental Fleet Tracking and Records
Record360, a provider of asset documentation software is partnering with GoFormz to provide a complete solution to eliminate paper forms and modernize the vehicle rental and leasing process — including a fully electronic check-in/check-out process that encompasses all aspects of the rental agreement and asset documentation.
The goal is to remove the need for paper when capturing rental agreement information, making Record360 a completely digital rental check-in/check-out solution.
Record360 already offers rental and leasing companies the ability to decrease damage disputes and expenses with a video and photo asset condition review process. Expanding product offerings with GoFormz mobile forms allows Record360 customers to further digitize their forms processes and improve customer service.
