Omni Holdings Purchases Flatbed Assets of Tennant Truck Lines

Omni Holdings, has announced it is in full operation after acquiring the flatbed assets of Tennant Truck Lines. The newly formed company is now providing general commodity flatbed and over-dimensional, open deck specialized service to customers nationwide.

The former Tennant Truck Lines based in Colona was in business for over 70 years.  It was well known for serving over dimensional open deck customers primarily in the construction and agricultural machinery truckload segment.

The Tennant Truck Lines name and authority will continue to operate, as a van carrier, under the ownership of Josh Kaburick the principal of E. L. Henderson.
