Omnitracs to use Red Hat open source solutions to bring new innovations and capabilities to customers
Omnitracs fleet management solutions to transportation and logistics companies will collaborate with Red Hat, the provider of open source solutions, to further accelerate the development and next-generation capabilities of its Omnitracs One platform. With Red Hat’s domain expertise in open source, cloud-native solutions and Omnitracs’ proven history as a leader in commercial logistics technology, the companies are positioned to deliver a cloud-native solution that is designed to provide Omnitracs’ customers with the security capabilities, flexibility, and scalability they need to reshape the way business is done today, while setting the pace for industry innovation.
By using Red Hat technologies including Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Ansible Tower, and expertise from Red Hat Open Innovation Labs, Omnitracs aims to expedite the development of new Omnitracs One features.
