Omnitracs Names Pam Marion as New Chief Customer Officer
Marion appointed to lead customer-centric strategy and drive ongoing operational excellence
Omnitracs, LLC, the global pioneer of fleet management solutions to transportation and logistics companies, today announced the appointment of Pam Marion to Chief Customer Officer. In this role, Marion will lead the customer success and support organization and will oversee all customer initiatives including migrations and implementations, support and technical operations, as well as other large programs.

With more than 25 years of experience in the software industry, Marion brings a unique expertise to the Omnitracs executive team. Prior to joining Omnitracs, Marion served as Chief Customer Success Officer for Domo. In this role, she increased renewals to record levels while significantly enhancing customer and employee engagement. Before Domo, Marion spent 12 years with SAP as Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of strategic programs and customer experience for SAP SuccessFactors. Earlier in her career, Marion worked for other prominent technology companies, including Kronos and Ultimate Software.

Marion joins the Omnitracs executive leadership team as they continue to focus on driving customer success, growth strategy and operational management. She is a graduate of High Point University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics.
