Zootly, an on-demand moving services application, launched in New York, is designed to let customers move anything, from a few boxes to the entire contents of a home or office – with just a few taps on your smartphone.

Users just enter their moving needs into the app, and are rapidly assigned a truck and team near their location. The company says that “Zootly’s truck fleet is not just a guy with a van – it’s comprised of licensed, insured, and experienced moving partners who know how to move in one of the most gridlocked cities in the world.”

“Zootly was created for the express purpose of getting stuff from one place to another with minimal effort and planning. The only finger you have to lift is one to tap your screen,” said Rudy Callegari, Co-Founder and President, Zootly. “Our goal is to take the dread out of moving.”

Traditional moving services require a multi-hour booking reserved days, weeks, and even months in advance. By contrast, Zootly claims it is able to deploy vehicles and staff on short notice, and customers are able to track movers and trucks from their phones to get instant updates. Each Zootly booking comes with a minimum of two movers to do the heavy lifting for you.
