PS Logistics Completes Acquisition of D. Mosley Trucking

PS Logistics announced that it has completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of D. Mosley Trucking, Inc. and DMT Logistics Services, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

DMT, headquartered in Lawtey, Florida, has approximately 60 drivers and a seasoned management team leading the Company.  The company is committed to providing top service, supporting its drivers and long-term customers.

The transaction is designed to further strengthen PS Logistics’ operations in the Southeast and provide it with an additional terminal in Lawtey, FL.  DMT gives PS Logistics inroads to the 53-foot trailer market and the ability to enhance its over-length service to existing and future customers.  The incremental 53-foot equipment expands PS Logistics’ service offering regionally for over-length demand and offers broader services to the family of PS Logistics’ customers.

The DMT acquisition continues PS Logistics’ acquisition strategy of partnering with families and owners within the flatbed trucking segment. Since 2007, PS Logistics has successfully acquired 13 trucking and brokerage operations.
