PS Logistics Completes Southeast Logistics Acquisition
The Southeast Logistics acquisition continues PS Logistics’ acquisition strategy of partnering with families and owners within the flatbed trucking segment
PS Holdco, LLC (“PS Logistics”) has completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of Southeast Logistics, Inc., Houndstooth Transportation, Inc., C Cross Transport, Inc., and Viking Transportation, LLC (collectively, “Southeast Logistics” or the “Company”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Southeast Logistics, headquartered in Tuscaloosa, AL, has approximately 250 drivers and an experienced management team leading the Company. The Company is committed to providing excellent service and a strong family atmosphere that supports its drivers and long-term customers.
The transaction will further strengthen PS Logistics’ operations in the Southeast and provide it wit additional terminals in Tuscaloosa, Ala. and Waynesboro, Miss. Southeast Logistics has a history of practicing and teaching their core values of commitment, accountability, respect and excellence each day.
