Randall-Reilly Launches Business Intelligence Tool for Trucking Industry

Randall-Reilly,a leader in providing insight and actionable intelligence to the trucking and construction industry, has  launched  RigDig Business Intelligence, the company’s first full-function business intelligence tool for the trucking industry.

RigDig BI helps trucking manufacturers, dealers and aftermarket providers to determine customer buying cycles, purchase behavior and market share.

Trucks on HighwaySince 2009, Randall-Reilly has been amassing an array of public and private data sources in the trucking industry, which now yield more than 600 fields of information. This intelligence allows RigDig BI users to better identify and target prospects, arm their sales teams with critical information on customer purchasing behavior, and integrate this intelligence into their internal CRM tools. Also important is the companies’ relationship with Dun & Bradstreet which enables the integration of D&B data with the RigDig BI application.

RigDig BI is the initial product launch following Randall-Reilly’s organizational shift to a solutions-based matrix structure.
