Roadrunner Transportation First Quarter 2015 Results Up

Roadrunner Transportation Systems, (NYSE: RRTS), a leading asset-light transportation and logistics service provider, has reported increased financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2015.

Highlights for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 compared to the quarter ended March 31, 2014 are as follows:

• Revenues increased 28.0% to $489.0 million;
• Operating income increased 39.3% to $26.8 million;
• Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (“EBITDA”) increased 40.4% to $33.7 million;
• Net income available to common stockholders increased 30.6% to $13.6 million; and
• Diluted earnings per share available to common stockholders increased 29.6% to $0.35.
