Roadrunner Transportation Unveils Global Solutions Brand

Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. (NYSE: RRTS), a leading asset-light transportation and logistics services provider, announced that it has changed the name of its Transportation Management Solutions operating segment to Global Solutions.

“We’ve significantly expanded our international capabilities through multiple acquisitions over the past year, including Marisol International and Unitrans, to meet our customers’ expanding needs for global shipping solutions,” said Mark DiBlasi, President and CEO of Roadrunner.

The Global Solutions operating segment structure will remain the same and will continue to provide a portfolion of solutions, including:
