Schneider Boosts Driver Pay

Schneider Boots Driver Pay Schneider, one of the nation’s largest truckload carriers, announced that it has increased compensation for Van Truckload company drivers.

According to the company, “most Schneider Van Truckload company drivers are now earning an additional 8 to 13 percent in mileage and bonus pay delivering loads from the largest freight base in the transportation industry.”

The pay raises in the Van Truckload division are in addition to recent increases for Schneider Tanker drivers and account-by-account increases for most Dedicated account drivers.

Drivers in select divisions and areas may also benefit from a sign-on bonus up to $7,500.

Tuition reimbursement (up to $6,000) and the Military Apprenticeship program (up to $1,146/month) offer recent truck driving school graduates and military service members additional financial incentives to join Schneider.
