Thomas Gilgen Named President of Masterpiece International

Magnate Worldwide (MWW), a premium asset-light logistics company, has announced Thomas Gilgen as President of newly-acquired Masterpiece International.

Gilgen’s experience in logistics management spans over 20 years at companies including Weiss-Rohlig USA, Coca-Cola Switzerland, and Panalpina. Gilgen most recently was President of MWW, and the move will take him from Chicago to Masterpiece’s headquarters in New York.

Since 1989, New York based Masterpiece International has provided shipping for museums, galleries, art fairs, auction houses, and more. Its services include international forwarding, installation and de-installation, consultation and coordination of exhibitions or special moves, and full supervision services at airports.
