Transflo Expands Executive Team to Support Substantial Growth
Mario Duckett New Sr. VP of Growth; Scott Gray Named VP of IT & Infrastructure
Transflo, a leading mobile and cloud-based platform that automates and unifies supply chain processes, continues to scale its executive leadership team. Mario Duckett and Scott Gray join Transflo as Sr. VP of Growth and VP of IT & Infrastructure, respectively.
“It’s an exciting time at Transflo as we continue to expand the organization with top talent,” said Transflo Chief Executive Officer, Renee Krug.
Krug was named CEO of Transflo in April of 2022 along with accompanying hire President and Chief Revenue Officer, Bill Vitti. “More than $115 billion in freight spend flows through our platform annually. “With double-digit growth in our customer base, we are expanding existing teams and forming new departments to support accelerated scaling,” said Krug.
“The opportunity at Transflo was one I couldn’t pass up,” Duckett explained. “I was familiar with the company and had worked with Renee (Krug) in the past. What Renee, Bill, and the team at Transflo are building is truly special. I wanted to be a part of it.” Duckett comes to Transflo after 23 years with MetaSource, a technology-driven company that is the largest Distributor of OpenText’s ApplicationXtender Suite of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products. As VP of business development for the company, he led efforts in building a dynamic channel to deliver OpenText software products. His work there carried into the trucking industry, where he worked with both carriers and freight brokers – helping to build out document acquisition, driver payroll, and customer billing workflows.
Gray comes to Transflo after a 13-year career at Nielson, a multibillion-dollar data management company. “IT and Infrastructure are game-changers for any SaaS company. I’m looking forward to lending my background and skills. Transflo already has an exceptional digital ecosystem now, and I’m looking forward to helping guide the team to the next level,” Gray said.
As VP of technology at Nielson, Gray directed global operations, architecture, and contracts across database technologies, data warehouse services, cloud management, and core infrastructure technologies. He also guided a team of more than 150 onshore/offshore resources to provide 24/7/365 customer support.
“We conducted an extensive search to find both Mario and Scott,” said Vitti, “Both bring high energy and impeccable track records. They’ll be significant contributors to our growth plans at Transflo.”
