TRUX Paves the Way to A More Connected Construction Community
Dump truck logistics platform now available in North Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C., Louisiana, New York, and Connecticut
TRUX™ dump truck logistics platform, announced its largest expansion to date with recent launches across the Eastern United States. The most recent expansion includes the availability of the TRUX platform and marketplace in the following states: North Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C., Louisiana, New York, Maryland and Connecticut.
Including the most recent expansion, TRUX is now available in 19 states across North America with more launches scheduled for later this year. Hundreds of the nation’s leading contractors and material producers, such as US Pavement, Vulcan Materials, and Lawrence Lynch, use the TRUX platform to add flexibility and scalability to their business operations.
TRUX is a unique open marketplace that is changing the way the dump truck industry operates. Instead of facing opaque scheduling and cumbersome payment processes, contractors use TRUX to manage their fleets, increasing their flexibility and efficiency. Material and aggregate producers use TRUX to more easily plan ahead and monitor incoming/outgoing traffic and cycle times.
TRUX continues to accelerate its rapid growth with these latest market launches. The company has increased its employee headcount from two at the beginning of 2018 to over 70 today and increased its gross revenue 9,000 percent year-over-year. The company plans to be in over 25 states by the end of 2019.
For contractors, TRUX rolled out its brand-new TRUX Connect app in early July 2019. TRUX Connect allows contractors on-the-go to manage job sites and trucking logistics while saving time and money. TRUX Connect includes advanced tools like shift creation workflows, fleet management, dispatching tools, and schedule views.
“TRUX is now live in some of the busiest metro areas across North America,” said Jeff Gower, CEO of TRUX. “We are excited to continue our expansion in the Eastern US and in our home market of New England offering even more businesses access to our suite of tools to help them run their projects more efficiently.”
