Vehicle Tracking Solutions Expands Fleet Management to Global Markets
Fleet management company Vehicle Tracking Solutions (VTS) announced that it will offer complete global coverage as part of a new strategic partnership with Globalstar.
Under the partnership, Globalstar will make available hardware and connectivity services for VTS to provide satellite GPS connectivity to regions currently not covered by cellular service as well as regions outside of the continental US.
Organizations with assets that travel outside conventional areas of cellular coverage such as oil, gas & mining work sites and marine industries are ideally suited for VTS’ new SP Global feature. Additional industries such as agricultural, transportation and rail assets that require reporting and analytics for efficient operation will have the ability to “see” assets worldwide with the technology that Globalstar provides.
