Volvo Trucks Names Jeff Lester SVP of Sales

Volvo Trucks North America has appointed Jeff Lester senior vice president of sales.

Lester joined Volvo Trucks North America in 1999 and has more than 30 years of experience in the trucking industry. Most recently he was regional vice president – Southeast. He has also had regional fleet manager, district sales manager and regional powertrain manager positions in the Southeast region.

Lester has been active with the Mid-Atlantic Professional Truck Drivers Association and is a member of several industry state trucking associations. Lester will be based in Greensboro, N.C.
